Responsibilities:
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Take a customer-centric approach; engage HCPs in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify opportunities and areas of concern.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access/HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally and act with integrity and respect.
- Ensure activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and pharma guidelines.

Qualifications (Who You Are):
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred (not required).
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute; accountability; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
- Field-based role in San Francisco (covering Sacramento); significant travel required.
