What You’ll Do
- The Endocrine Account Manager will execute product launches for Encaleret (ADH1) with sustained excellence, partnering with ADH1 providers and patients.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific and clinical information for Encaleret.
- Use approved materials to lead clinically relevant, customer-centric discussions.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify opportunities/concerns.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Follow company policies and applicable state/federal rules and regulations; uphold honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability.
- Coordinate compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff.
- Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills and product/clinical/market knowledge.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Act as a company ambassador; represent products and people with integrity and respect.
- Ensure activities follow regulations, compliance, and pharma guidelines.

Where You’ll Work
- Field-based in Upstate NY (ideally Albany), covering Upstate NY, NH, VT, and ME.

Qualifications
- 8–10 years pharma industry experience; 4+ years Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology required. Rare disease experience highly preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute on plan; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze business opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards; significant travel required.
