What Youβll Do
Endocrine Account Manager for Encaleret (ADH1). Patient champion to execute product launches with sustained excellence.
Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan and key customer targets.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Use approved materials for customer-centric, clinically relevant discussions.
- Analyze sales/targeting data to find growth opportunities and address concerns.
- Execute territory business planning and key company initiatives; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB).
- Develop/nurture relationships with targeted HCPs; assess ADH1 market to drive business.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory environment proficiency.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally; ensure activities follow regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines.
Qualifications
- 8β10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology required. Rare disease experience highly preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
- Product/indication launch experience.

Location/Travel
- Field-based Upper Midwest (ideally Minneapolis, MN) covering MN, IA, WI; significant travel required.
