Responsibilities:
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan covering key customer targets.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on the scientific and clinical information for Encaleret.
- Take a customer-centric approach; engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify territory opportunities and areas of concern.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the ADH1 market; build and maintain relationships with targeted HCPs (physicians, medical staff, and multi-disciplinary staff).
- Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain high proficiency in selling skills and clinical/market/product knowledge.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize your schedule to maximize efficiency.
- Act as a BridgeBio ambassador with integrity; ensure activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines.

Qualifications:
- 8β10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology required; rare disease experience highly preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive/new markets.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute; influence without authority; excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong remote technology and AI skills; adherence to high ethical standards.
- Field role covering NYC (all boroughs) and Long Island; significant travel required.
