Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory using an integrated territory business plan targeting key customers.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Encaleret (scientific/clinical information) and hold customer discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales/targeting data to identify growth opportunities and areas of concern.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff; anticipate challenges and adjust priorities/solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills and clinical/market/product knowledge; coordinate and manage schedule efficiently.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally and ensure all activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and pharma guidelines.

Qualifications / Required Skills
- 8–10 years in pharmaceutical industry; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute, influence without authority, and communicate (written/oral).
- Excellent skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers/analyze opportunities.

Field Location
- North Florida (Orlando/Tampa; covering Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville). Significant travel.
