What Youโll Do
The Endocrine Account Manager is responsible for patient-centered product launches for Encaleret (ADH1). They bring urgency, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion to partner with ADH1 providers and patients.
Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan with key customer targets.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales/targeting data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key initiatives.
- Follow company policies, applicable state/federal regulations, and Pharma guidelines; uphold integrity, accountability, and compliance.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access/HUB, and cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with targeted HCPs and multi-disciplinary staff; analyze the ADH1 market to drive business.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain high proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives; plan/organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Represent BridgeBio, products, and people professionally.

Where Youโll Work
Field-based in New Orleans, LA (ideally) or Little Rock, AR; covering Louisiana and Arkansas. Significant travel.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 8โ10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology required (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making, problem-solving; prioritize/execute.
- Ability to influence without authority; excellent written/oral communication.
- Excellent skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
