What You’ll Do
- Execute Endocrine Account Manager responsibilities to support the launch of Encaleret for ADH1 (autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1), partnering with ADH1 providers and patients to deliver sustained product launch excellence.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan with key customer targets.
- Demonstrate Encaleret scientific/clinical subject matter expertise.
- Lead customer-centric, clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and territory concerns.
- Plan and execute territory business activities and key company initiatives.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop a dynamic territory business plan; analyze the ADH1 market and build/maintain relationships with HCPs.
- Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain high proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives; plan/organize schedule efficiently.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally and act with integrity and respect.
- Ensure activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and pharma guidelines.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards; significant travel required.

Field Location
- Mid-Atlantic Region; ideally Washington, DC or Northern Virginia (also covering Baltimore, MD and Richmond, VA).
