What Youโ€™ll Do
- Drive successful launch and growth for Encaleret for ADH1 (autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1) through strong patient-, provider-, and market-focused execution.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals via an integrated territory business plan with key customer targets.
- Demonstrate scientific/clinical subject matter expertise; lead clinically relevant customer discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales/targeting data to find growth opportunities and address territory concerns.
- Plan and execute territory business initiatives; build and maintain relationships with HCPs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions; maintain selling/clinical/market/product proficiency.
- Coordinate effectively, represent BridgeBio professionally, and ensure all activities follow applicable regulations/compliance/pharma guidelines.

Where Youโ€™ll Work
- Field-based: Indianapolis, IN (also covering Indiana, Lexington, KY, and Louisville, KY). Significant travel.

Who You Are (Qualifications/Skills)
- 8โ€“10 years pharmaceutical experience; 4+ years in Endocrine disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making/problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize, influence without authority, communicate clearly (written/oral).
- Strong remote technology and AI skills; high ethical standards.

Compensation/Benefits (USA Based Roles)
- Anticipated salary (CA): $155,000โ€“$210,000 USD.
