Endocrine Account Manager - Houston

Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Encaleret (scientific/clinical information).
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales/targeting data to find growth opportunities and address concerns.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to support high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary teams; anticipate challenges and adjust priorities.
- Maintain strong selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business understanding.
- Plan/organize schedule for maximum efficiency; act as a company ambassador with integrity.
- Ensure activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 8β10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive/new markets.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute; influence without authority; excellent written/oral communication.
- Proficiency using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards; large geography with significant travel.
Location:
- Field-based in Houston area (Houston, Central Texas, The Valley).

- Salary: $155,000β$210,000 (for California roles).
