What Youโ€™ll Do
The Endocrine Account Manager will execute product launches for Encaleret (ADH1: autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1) as a patient champion, bringing urgency, a solution-oriented mindset, and passion to partner with ADH1 providers and patients.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan with key customer targets.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Lead customer discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to find growth opportunities and address territory concerns.
- Plan and execute territory business and key company initiatives.
- Follow company policies and applicable state/federal rules and regulations.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a dynamic territory plan; analyze the ADH1 market; build relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills and product/clinical/market knowledge.
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan/organize schedule to maximize efficiency.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally and act with integrity.
- Ensure activities follow regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines.

Where Youโ€™ll Work
Field-based in Detroit, ideally based in Detroit, covering Detroit, Ann Arbor, Flint, and Grand Rapids.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 8โ€“10 years pharma experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute; influence without authority; excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards; significant travel required.
