What You’ll Do
Endocrine Account Manager for the launch of Encaleret (ADH1, autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1). Patient-focused leader with business and clinical acumen to execute product launches with sustained excellence.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan and key customer targets.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Conduct customer-centric, clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and concerns.
- Execute territory business planning and key company initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies, applicable state/federal rules and regulations, and compliance/pharma guidelines.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills and clinical/market/product knowledge.
- Coordinate with peers to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan/organize schedule for efficiency.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally and ethically.

Where You’ll Work
- Field-based in Dallas, ideally based in Dallas, TX; covering Dallas, Waco, and West Texas. Significant travel.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Prioritize and execute; accountability.
- Influence without authority; excellent written/oral communication.
- Proficiency using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.

Salary (California)
- $155,000–$210,000 USD.
