What You’ll Do
- Lead the launch of Encaleret (first-in-class for ADH1) and serve as a patient champion with strong business and clinical acumen.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals via an integrated territory business plan with key customer targets.
- Demonstrate scientific/clinical expertise for Encaleret; lead clinically relevant customer discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales/targeting data to identify growth opportunities and address concerns.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key initiatives.
- Ensure compliant, customer-centric partnerships across Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and provide solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills and product/market knowledge; plan/organize schedule efficiently.
- Act as an ambassador for BridgeBio and represent company/products with integrity and respect.

Qualifications/Skills
- 8–10 years in pharma; 4+ years in Endocrine and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required (MBA preferred but not required).
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Ability to influence without authority; excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI for customer engagement and business analysis.
- Adherence to high ethical standards; significant travel; field-based role (Cleveland OH/Morgantown WV area).
