Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan targeting key customers.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Take a customer-centric approach; engage in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and concerns.
- Execute territory business planning and key company initiatives.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with targeted HCPs (physicians, medical staff, and multidisciplinary personnel).
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business proficiency.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally and with integrity.
- Ensure activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and pharma guidelines.

Qualifications:
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive/new markets.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
- Significant travel required.
