What You’ll Do

The Endocrine Account Manager is a field-based role responsible for patient-focused, high-impact execution of the Encaleret launch for ADH1 (autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1), with sustained excellence.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific and clinical information for Encaleret.
- Take a customer-centric approach and engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify opportunities and address concerns.
- Manage territory business planning and execute key company initiatives.
- Follow company guidelines and all applicable policies, procedures, and state/federal rules.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the ADH1 market; build and maintain relationships with targeted HCPs.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain high proficiency in selling skills and clinical/market/product knowledge.
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Act as a company ambassador with integrity and respect.
- Ensure activities follow regulations, compliance, and pharma guidelines.

Where You’ll Work
- Field-based in the Carolinas (ideally Charlotte, Raleigh, or Greenville), covering North and South Carolina; significant travel required.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience and 4+ years in endocrine disease and/or nephrology required; rare disease experience highly preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive/new markets.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute on plan; accountability.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
