Role Purpose:
- Supports content operations and leads workstream and business-as-usual enhancements across the platform architecture (Workfront, DAM, MLR/Veeva, and other Adobe apps) to ensure consistent workflows, metadata alignment, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Acts as the โfoundation integrator,โ delivering data connectivity, metadata discipline, workflow hardening, and platform interoperability so priority workstreams can scale.
- Owns the foundations portfolio to run the ecosystem as โone interoperable system,โ eliminating manual handoffs, standardizing metadata, enabling centralized tracking, and supporting scalable reuse and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Align Adobe foundational enhancements/roadmap to broader content strategy; partner with peer Product Leads to ensure shared data structures and seamless user experiences.
- Translate business priorities into a sequenced delivery plan (dependencies, milestones, readiness) and drive execution via cross-functional teams and partners.
- Drive execution across the foundations portfolio, including:
- Workstream-critical dependencies (integration + metadata + governance)
- BAU enhancements (platform hardening and UX improvements)
- Partner with platform owners to ensure seamless integration across the marketing and technology ecosystem.
- Serve as a strategic liaison to clarify priorities, sequencing, and decisions impacting multiple platforms/user journeys.
- Build alignment with platform stakeholders, especially where dependency unlocks and governance implications exist.
- Document and communicate business requirements and user stories to development teams; participate in sprint planning and DSUs through delivery to ensure quality releases.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in product management/platform delivery; regulated workflows in pharma/life sciences strongly preferred.
- BA/BS in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Masterโs degree in business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced certification in Product Management/AI preferred.
- Experience working with Adobe and/or GCMA required.
- Proven ability to define and execute integration priorities across a multi-platform ecosystem.
- Experienced in analyzing business needs, documenting user requirements, and supporting technical releases.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial marketing is a strong asset.
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret usage data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication/influence skills to engage senior and executive stakeholders and align technical and business teams.
- Passion for user-centric design and innovation; collaborative mindset and resilience in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
