Role Purpose
- Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AMP (Agentic Marketing Platform), an intelligent content operating system for planning, creating, reviewing, and measuring content.
- Translate business priorities into scalable product capabilities, evolving from enablement to intelligent automation.
- Drive measurable outcomes in user productivity, quality, compliance confidence, and speed to market.
Core Responsibilities
- Define/evolve AMP product vision, multi-year roadmap, and success metrics.
- Translate objectives into prioritized, outcomes-driven capabilities across regions/markets.
- Manage 3β4 product owners; guide cross-functional Design/Build pods to deliver integrated AMP experiences.
- Establish and maintain product governance (prioritization frameworks, decision rights, alignment).
- Oversee delivery from concepts/alpha prototypes through Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) to enterprise-wide adoption.
- Turn requirements into epics/stories; prioritize based on outcomes and readiness.
- Use data-driven performance metrics (e.g., adoption, efficiency, reuse, impact) to optimize.
- Lead stakeholder buy-in and coordination for market release plans.
- Enable rollout/scaling; partner on change management and continuous improvement.
Qualifications / Required Experience
- 12+ years in product management/platform delivery; complex AI-enabled platforms with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, data, QA).
- Experience with regulated workflows in pharma/life sciences (strongly preferred).
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent (required).
- Proven ability to influence conflicting stakeholders to drive consensus/progress.
- Proficient in mapping user journeys for experience optimization.
