Job Description

Accountable for leading HR, company managers, EHSS, Facilities, and other partners and their teams in the development of a holistic occupational health and well-being strategy for facilities on their campus. Responsible for the successful implementation of the campus and local employee health and well-being strategy and operational deliverables for local Supply Chain, R&D, and Commercial customers, in support of business objectives. Drives health outcomes by reducing population health risks, leading the monitoring and elimination of workplace health risks, and supporting improved business outcomes through advancing employee health and well-being and driving occupational health compliance. Accountable for the delivery of agreed-upon regional health metrics and outcomes.

Build and lead Employee Health and Well-being (EHW) team that delivers EHW services to all facilities within the campus, handling geographically dispersed client group locations, drive efficiency and standardization in the deployment of EHW resources, processes, procedures, and programs using a regional construct. Responsible for vendor management for all vendors operating within their campus, including site-level and campus-level service providers. Leads and executes key management activities, including Talent Management, Campus Budget Management, Cost Allocation, and regulatory tracking processes. Defines and coordinates all EHW resource needs within the campus while optimizing the use of SMEs (e.g., Occupational Health, Wellness, Mental Well-being, Energy Management) across all locations and business areas. Owns decision rights for intra-campus hiring, staff management, and workload distribution. Continuously monitors all aspects of Campus EHW performance, providing direction to Site EHW leaders and Site EHW teams. Conducts periodic performance and satisfaction reviews with Site leaders.

Responsible for driving process improvements and related system requirements across the complaint surveillance process in the Central Complaint Vigilance (CCV) organization. Promotes efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement through process improvements (including master data) and system enhancements (Quality System platform & complaint module improvements). Leads and collaborates with business partners to drive process improvements and practices, finding opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the complaint process as it relates to system requirements, deployment, and use of the complaint module. Provides governance for the CCV procedure hierarchy and handles SME documentation updates.

Requirements

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Kinesiology, Healthcare Administration, or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a EHW Campus Lead-related occupation.

Compensation

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$218,650 - $240,000/year

Additional Description For Pay Transparency

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
  • Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
  • Condolence Leave – 30 days for an immediate family member: 5 days for an extended family member
  • Caregiver Leave – 10 days
  • Volunteer Leave – 4 days
  • Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours
