Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to the scouting, framing, and early validation of new capabilities aligned with Translate, Answer, Generate, and Consult.
- Analyze feasibility, value, and scalability of MVPs and pilots with Capability Leads, Digital Product Owners, and SMEs.
- Apply Strategyzer and Lean Startup to advance initiatives through Explore โ†’ Validate โ†’ Scale.
- Support capability transitions into core teams/partners by coordinating readiness, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Track indicators (e.g., maturity level, user adoption, resource fit) to assess timing/pathway for handovers.
- Define transition plans balancing speed, sustainability, and strategic fit.
- Connect Engagement & Innovation, Capability Owners, and Digital/IT teams to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Capture lessons learned and value stories; contribute to dashboards/funnel tracking and communication materials.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Business, or related field (required).
- 8+ yearsโ€™ experience in Regulatory Affairs, Digital Innovation, and/or R&D Transformation; strongly preferred in pharma/biotech/healthcare.

Required/Preferred Skills
- Influence senior stakeholders; navigate organizational complexity; turn ideas into value drivers/business cases.
- Required: experience presenting to VPs+ with storytelling to drive decisions.
- Preferred: digital solution validation or AI/automation in regulated settings; cross-functional pilots/MVPs.
- Plus: AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, digital product validation; design thinking/lean experimentation; NPV/ROI business cases; structured handovers; clear communication to non-technical audiences.
