Embedded Caris Operations Manager - Maryland

Role: Embedded Operations Manager supporting precision medicine workflows in a clinical diagnostics setting, primarily focusing on case management and client/provider support. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end case lifecycle, verify orders, coordinate with clinical teams, monitor case status, resolve operational issues, and ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of reports; serve as primary contact for providers; educate on workflows and systems; support training, documentation, and continuous process improvements within adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in healthcare or diagnostics, provider-facing experience, strong problem-solving, knowledge of clinical workflows, and proficiency with clinical systems; valid driver’s license. Preferred: oncology, molecular diagnostics, precision medicine experience, EMR familiarity, regulatory knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
