Position Summary
The Embedded Caris Operations Manager (ECOM) manages end-to-end operational workflows and case execution for client precision medicine programs, ensuring accurate, timely case progression from order initiation through report delivery.

Job Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned cases; ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely progression
- Review/verify test orders and documentation; resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with providers, clinic staff, pathology teams, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor case status; implement corrective actions
- Proactively resolve issues impacting case quality, turnaround time, or provider/patient experience
- Maintain knowledge of products/services/platforms; submit reports/documentation accurately and on time
- Serve as a primary operational partner/point of contact; guide ordering processes, EMR workflows, and documentation
- Educate on products/tools/applications, patient selection, and testing indications
- Support training/onboarding; reinforce standardized workflows and best practices
- Coordinate documentation management and report distribution; support billing-related inquiries internally
- Track case activity/operational metrics; maintain audit-ready documentation
- Identify/escalate risks impacting case integrity, timeliness, provider experience, or patient care
- Document case activity/interactions in CRM and internal systems; participate in training/improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years healthcare/diagnostics experience
- 3+ years provider- or customer-facing experience in clinical environments
- Strong real-time problem-solving/decision-making
- Understand clinic workflows; ability to use proprietary systems/platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows
- Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine experience
- Experience supporting physicians; managing end-to-end case workflows
- Cross-functional collaboration; EMR/clinical systems familiarity; compliance/regulatory knowledge
- Analytical/communication skills; PHI access required; manage multiple concurrent cases
- Ability to sit/stand extended periods; periodic travel

Annual Hiring Range
- $70,000–$90,000
