Embedded Caris Operations Manager - Flint, Michigan

Role: Embedded Caris Operations Manager (ECOM), responsible for managing end-to-end operational workflows and case execution in support of client precision medicine programs, primarily in molecular diagnostics or oncology. Responsibilities: oversee case lifecycle accuracy, timeliness, and quality; coordinate with providers, pathology teams, and internal stakeholders; resolve workflow issues; ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and regulations; support provider education and onboarding; monitor operational metrics; and participate in process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in healthcare or diagnostics, provider-facing or customer service experience in clinical settings, strong problem-solving skills, understanding of clinical workflows, proficiency with proprietary systems, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred: oncology or molecular diagnostics background, experience supporting physicians, managing case workflows, knowledge of compliance and EMR systems, and strong communication skills.
