Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years of equipment repair experience; strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; ability to read drawings and electrical prints; familiarity with cGMP and clean room environments preferred. Skills in PLC troubleshooting, robot programming, and injection molding machinery are desirable. Experience in regulated industries, attention to detail, and good communication are essential. The role involves working on rotating night/day shifts, with a shift differential incentive and minimal travel.
