Role: Electro-Mechanical Technician supporting maintenance for production equipment at a global eye health company. Primary focus on troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on high-speed manufacturing, injection molding, packaging, and sterilizing equipment to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include working within cross-functional teams, documenting issues, diagnosing PLC/HMI control systems, and supporting offline rebuilds. Qualifications: HS diploma required; technical apprenticeship or associate degree preferred, with at least 2 years of equipment repair experience, ideally in regulated environments like medical devices. Skills: mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, reading drawings, basic computer proficiency, with desirable experience in PLC troubleshooting, robotic programming, and injection molding. Experience in cGMP, clean room environments, and regulated industries is advantageous. Work involves rotating 12-hour shifts with shift differentials and minimal travel to support equipment build or training. Location: US-based, on-site with specific shift schedules.
