Role: Maintenance Technician supporting automated manufacturing and sterilization equipment in a biopharma/medical device environment, with focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability. Responsibilities: troubleshoot, repair, and document mechanical and electrical issues, including PLC/HMI control systems; perform preventive maintenance; support offline rebuilds and equipment upgrades; communicate system issues to management; and work within a cross-functional team to optimize line output. Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent; minimum 5 years’ experience in equipment repair and maintenance, preferably in regulated industries such as medical devices; strong troubleshooting skills; ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings; experience with PLCs, robotics, and injection molding equipment desirable.
