Electrician 1st Shift SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

This role ensures the facility’s electrical systems remain in optimal working condition.

Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of high- and low-voltage electrical wiring systems and equipment (outlets, air distribution systems, pumps, transformers, motors, streetlights, appliances); respond to work orders.
- Install and service high-horsepower motors, coils, transformers, and control equipment; use specialized tools and machinery.
- Install control systems and related devices; maintain/repair equipment critical to 24-hour operations.
- Document preventive maintenance activities and track effectiveness of the preventive maintenance program.
- Design functional electrical circuitry and create single-line diagrams.
- Provide on-the-job training to junior team members.
- Serve as an on-call electrician for emergency requests outside regular hours.

Qualifications/Skills:
- High School or GED (required).
- 3+ years in electrical construction and/or facility electrical experience.
- Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable OSHA standards.
- Proficient in wire color coding; hands-on experience with 277/480V and 120/208/240V systems.
- Successful completion of an OSHA-compliant respirator fit test (required).

Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Sunday–Thursday.

Compensation/Benefits: Base pay $29.00–$32.00/hour. Benefits include health/insurance and a 401(k) match for eligible positions.
