Role: Entry-level Electrical Engineer supporting electrical and process control engineering for Bayer’s Seeds Supply and Breeding operations. Responsibilities: design, plan, execute, document, commission, and hand over electrical work packages; develop electrical and control system designs; support power distribution, instrumentation, and automation projects; prepare technical reports, specifications, and procurement documentation; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during field inspections, startup, and troubleshooting. Requirements: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (expected graduation Dec 2026 or May 2027); foundational knowledge of electrical distribution, motor controls, PLCs, instrumentation; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to travel to facilities. Preferred: 0–3 years experience, familiarity with electrical codes (NEC), AutoCAD, PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), and industrial automation; internship or project experience in manufacturing, chemical, or utility environments. High-Value: entry-level, focus on electrical design for manufacturing facilities, process automation, safety compliance, and collaboration with operations and contractors. Work setup: based in Chesterfield, Missouri; travel may be required.
