Electrical Engineer Co-Op

Role: Electrical Engineer Co-Op supporting manufacturing site electrical projects within Bayer’s Crop Science division. Responsibilities: prepare specifications, develop design drawings, review vendor packages, assist with construction, checkout, and startup activities; collaborate with electrical designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable electrical power distribution, instrumentation, and process control solutions. Requirements: pursuing a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, at least sophomore standing; able to commit to a 6-month full-time Co-Op in Spring or Fall 2027; strong communication skills. Preferred: GPA ≥3.0, problem-solving abilities, knowledge of NEC, teamwork skills, no travel restrictions, agricultural background advantageous. High-value: supporting site manufacturing and process control systems, hands-on involvement from design through startup, based in Chesterfield, MO, with focus on industrial electrical infrastructure.
