How You Will Achieve It
- Administer the site’s industrial hygiene program by helping develop/implement procedures in partnership with department owners to ensure OSHA and Pfizer standards compliance.
- Conduct industrial hygiene assessments for new products, processes, and capital investments; identify and implement controls.
- Provide industrial hygiene information, instruction, and hands-on practical training.
- Assess occupational exposures using Pfizer processes/tools aligned with AIHA Exposure Assessment Strategy.
- Provide guidance to the site emergency response team.
- Develop and lead implementation of industrial hygiene control/system improvements.
- Investigate working conditions to prevent occupational disease and hazards (toxic substances, noise, harmful physical agents).
- Implement sampling strategies for airborne dust/gases/mists; evaluate employee exposure and effectiveness of engineering/administrative controls.
- Audit site systems/processes; implement EHS culture improvement and engagement activities.
- Review/develop/deliver EHS training; conduct risk assessments, internal EHS audits, and safety inspections.
- Maintain EHS systems (e.g., Cority, Enablon); develop metrics/trending reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s + 2 years; OR Master’s + 0+; OR Associate’s + 6 years; OR HS + 8 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of local/state/federal EHS regulations; strong industrial hygiene/safety understanding.
- Experience performing internal audits of EHS programs/policies/procedures.
- Strong written/oral communication; leadership, analysis/judgment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (incl. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and Power BI.
- Safety program development and cross-functional implementation.
Nice-to-Have:
- Facility/contractor safety program experience in pharma/related industry; industrial hygiene/safety/environmental certifications (e.g., CIH, CSP, CHMM, ISO 14001/45001).

Physical/Mental/Schedule
- Routine lab/manufacturing exposure; lift/carry up to 25 lbs (limited distances).
- Support 24/7 operation; limited weekend/overnight support may be needed.

Compensation/Benefits & Application
- Base salary: $82,700–$137,900; bonus target 10%.
- Relocation support available; on-site.
