Role: Lead the development and continuous improvement of Takeda's EHS Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards across the enterprise. Responsibilities: oversee the creation, deployment, and maintenance of EHS policies, standards, and procedures; lead strategic projects and initiatives to enhance system effectiveness; conduct audits to identify gaps and inform improvements; develop training and guidance for global site compliance; and manage change initiatives, including digital transformations. Requirements: 10+ years in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in EHS management system development at a corporate level; degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field; extensive experience with ISO 14000 and 45000, risk management, and program management; proven ability to collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders, and lead continuous improvement.
