EHS Analyst Co-Op

Role: EHS Analyst Co-Op supporting Johnson & Johnson's Environmental, Health & Safety team in San Lorenzo, PR, from January to December 2027. Main objectives include data analysis, reporting, and process improvements to enhance workplace safety and compliance. Responsibilities encompass collecting and analyzing EHS data, developing dashboards and reports for key metrics (e.g., incidents, CAPAs), identifying safety trends, supporting risk assessments, and maintaining Job Safety Analyses (JSAs). The role involves collaborating with EHS and operations teams to provide insights, supporting audits, and ensuring JSAs are current and integrated with training. Qualifications: undergraduate student in a technical field (Engineering, Natural Sciences, Physics), with ≥2.8 GPA, completing freshman year or higher. Skills required include strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Power BI is preferred. The position is fully onsite, with no specified travel. It emphasizes a focus on safety data management, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance within a biopharma manufacturing environment.
