Role: EHS Business Partner providing strategic and operational leadership across three sites to ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and safety in laboratory, vivarium, and regulated research environments. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with federal and environmental regulations, conducting inspections, managing audits, leading incident investigations, overseeing occupational health, emergency preparedness, environmental sustainability initiatives, and supporting safe work practices for chemicals, biological agents, and animals. The role also involves managing contractor safety, change control, staff training, and fostering safety culture across multiple sites. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field, with relevant experience; multi-site EHS experience in laboratory or regulated research preferred. Additional qualifications include familiarity with OSHA, EPA/CDPHE regulations, and experience with AAALAC or GLP-regulated operations. Preferred skills encompass strong leadership, communication, collaboration, risk assessment, and problem-solving capabilities. High-value biopharma specifics: focus on regulated research environments, laboratory and vivarium safety, environmental compliance, and supporting GLP and AAALAC standards. The position involves multi-site oversight with physical requirements for site visits, inspections, and emergency response readiness.
