EH&S Manager

Role: Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager responsible for implementing and advancing compliance and sustainability programs at Amgen's site, supporting broader R&D and Product Development activities. Responsibilities: interpret and ensure adherence to complex environmental regulations, interface with regulatory agencies, develop compliance and sustainability initiatives, manage data collection and reporting, conduct inspections, and lead safety and emergency response efforts. Requirements: Doctorate or Master's degree with 3+ years (or Bachelor's with 5+ years, or equivalent experience), with leadership experience in managing teams and projects. Preferred skills include experience with environmental management systems, hazardous materials handling, water and air quality programs, and familiarity with data analysis tools; current HAZWOPER Technician qualification is a plus.
