Edison Engineering Development Program

Role: Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) at GE HealthCare, an entry-level rotational engineering program designed to develop future technology leaders in healthcare. Responsibilities: undertake three 8-month assignments across areas such as diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, surgical navigation, digital health, and patient monitoring; contribute to product development from concept through production; enhance engineering and leadership skills via technical training and mentorship; participate in full lifecycle project execution, including software development (Java, Python, MATLAB, C++) or hardware design (CAD, simulation tools). Requirements: bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Biomedical Engineering, or related field completed by July 2027; strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills; willingness to relocate to Waukesha, WI, with flexibility for other sites; legal authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred qualifications include a GPA of 3.0+, prior relevant internship or project experience in healthcare or regulated industries, and proficiency in relevant technical areas.
