Role Summary

Executive Director, Evidence Generation TA Head - Oncology leading a dedicated EG TA team supporting Oncology in the US, driving robust evidence generation and communication plans for priority pipeline and marketed assets. Responsible for executing scientifically robust research including real-world/HEOR studies, economic modeling, patient preference studies and non-interventional studies, and ensuring the US EG portfolio is reflected in integrated evidence plans. Collaborates with Medical Directors, VEL, Market Access and other internal stakeholders to align on EG strategies and activities. 25% travel; remote work possible within the US.

Responsibilities

  • Value Evidence Development & Execution - lead the development and implementation of evidence strategies for HEOR Oncology, ensuring aligned, robust, evidence-based value stories across the US portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing value-evidence strategies, generating evidence, and communicating value with measurable impact; collaborate with payer groups, regulatory authorities, HEOR community, and industry to stay ahead of policy trends affecting access and reimbursement.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Services Research or related field required (Masterโ€šร„รดs or higher).
  • PhD, MD or PharmD with relevant focus preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years in progressively senior Health Economics/Outcomes Research/Market Access roles in biotech/pharma/healthcare.
  • Minimum 3 years people management; experience leading large teams; field-based medical organization experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of US payer environment, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Expert in diverse research methodologies; able to develop/deliver external communications; experience with clinical studies with patient-centered, clinical and economic endpoints; PRO measures; analysis of US claims/HER databases; economic/disease model development; strategic vision and execution; strong metrics tracking.

Education
