Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the strategic direction of the brand by leveraging insights to identify opportunities, address challenges, and optimize performance
- Integrate and synthesize insights across IDS functions to deliver comprehensive, actionable recommendations aligned to brand objectives
- Participate in IPST discussions and decision-making by contributing data-driven insights and challenging established thinking
- Help craft the brand narrative for IPST meetings and senior leadership conversations
- Serve as primary point of contact and strategic thought partner for IPST and General Management (GM), driving brand performance narrative and ensuring communication/alignment with IPST Lead
- Lead IDS POD at product level across IDS pillars; pressure-test thinking to drive innovation and informed decision-making
- Generate and analyze insights throughout the entire product lifecycle to continuously improve and stay aligned to brand goals
- Synthesize large volumes of GM analytics into actionable brand strategies; pressure-test analyses for robust recommendations
- Integrate performance analytics (root cause, KPIs/drivers) and predictive analytics (scenarios/simulations) to address business issues
- Lead a team of Brand Performance Managers to foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry with deep brand management, product lifecycle management, and market dynamics expertise
- Bachelorβs in business administration, Life Sciences, Data Science, or related field; MBA/advanced degree strongly preferred
- Strong background in therapeutic area strategy, product lifecycle management, and early-stage asset planning (experience across established and launch products preferred)
- 5+ years domain expertise in secondary data analytics, data science, primary market research, field analytics/insights, market access/patient service analytics, or related strategic analytics/consulting (highly desired)
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Expertise synthesizing complex data from diverse sources to create actionable, business-aligned insights
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Excellent communication with senior leadership; align diverse teams around IPST strategic goals
- Proficiency in insight/hypothesis generation, behavioral science, data science, and primary/secondary research methodologies
