Major Accountabilities
- Oversee a portfolio of brands (marketed and launch) from an Insights & Analytics (I&A) perspective.
- Provide I&A leadership for strategic above-brand initiatives, initially focused on rare disease capability building.
- Shape brand strategy using insights to identify opportunities, address challenges, and optimize performance.
- Provide input, guidance, and coaching to direct reports (brand illuminators).
- Integrate and synthesize I&A insights to deliver comprehensive, actionable recommendations for brand and portfolio objectives.
- Participate in TAAF sub-committees and Launch Working Group/IPST discussions to contribute data-driven insights, challenge thinking, and refine strategies.
- Serve as primary point of contact and strategic thought partner for TAAF, IPST, and GM to drive brand performance narrative and alignment.
- Lead the I&A POD at product level across I&A pillars; collaborate on prioritization and portfolio-level insights.
- Pressure-test insights/analyses and synthesize GM analytics into actionable brand/portfolio strategies.
- Integrate performance and predictive analytics (KPIs/drivers, root cause, scenarios/simulations) to address business issues.
- Lead a high-performing team culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (related field) required; Master of Science and/or MBA strongly preferred.
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience with deep understanding of brand management, product lifecycle management, market dynamics, product launches, and portfolio management.
- 5+ years rare disease experience building I&A/cross-functional rare disease capabilities.
- Strong therapeutic area strategy, product lifecycle management, and early-stage asset planning experience (established + launch).
- 5+ years in secondary data analytics, data science, primary market research, field analytics, market access/patient service analytics, or related strategic/consulting.
- Ability to synthesize complex multi-source data into actionable insights.
- Strong rare disease performance/go-to-market and patient finding understanding; experience with claims/EMR/labs and unstructured data.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence without authority.
- Strong communication with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in hypothesis generation, behavioral science, data science, and research methodologies.
- Strong leadership/negotiation/persuasion/coaching skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
