Main Responsibilities:
- Design, operationalize, and interpret DTC/P measurement and insights capabilities to ensure activation-ready insights for required business use cases.
- Innovate cross-media intelligence measurement and reporting to keep the platform “future fit” for AI-mediated engagement across the customer journey.
- Perform impact assessment of key digital direct consumer/patient experience products and identify measurement/insight advancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements and measurement/insight strategy for platform use cases.
- Activate use-case audiences on publisher platforms; support successful activation.
- Support agile pod development: segmentation, test & control, and final audience builds.
- Execute data quality control testing for data feeds ingested into the DTC/P platform.
- Support measurement dashboards (reporting & visualization) and interpret KPIs and digital media engagement trends.
- Provide data mining/insights for ad hoc requests.
- Standardize/deliver digital products for consumer/patient analytics and AI; promote architectural consistency, usability standards, and test cases.

Additionally:
- Define required KPIs, reporting insights, and dashboard designs with stakeholders and system integrator.
- Create measurement/reporting processes and recommend optimizations based on media/audience/placement performance.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred); 5+ years in data analytics and/or digital media analytics.
- Descriptive/predictive analytics; Tableau/Power BI; Python/R visualization libraries.
- SQL proficiency; data modeling; ensure data accuracy/completeness/consistency.
- Segmentation testing, A/B testing, experimental design; KPI and data relationship knowledge; data consumption layer/datasets understanding.

Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare data privacy & compliance knowledge.
- Media intelligence analytics; LiveRamp (or equivalent) clean room/safe haven activation/measurement.
- Model-based audience creation (look-alike), test/control, segmentation.
- Digital media performance measurement; Agile/DevOps; data dictionary/taxonomy/naming conventions.
