Responsibilities:
- Design, operationalize, and interpret DTC/P ecosystem measurement and insights to ensure activation-ready insights for all required business use cases.
- Innovate cross-media intelligence measurement and reporting; enable “future fit” AI-mediated engagement across the customer/patient journey.
- Assess impact of key digital direct consumer/patient products and drive required measurement/insights advancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and define measurement/insight strategy for platform use cases.
- Activate use case audiences to publisher platforms; ensure successful activation.
- Support agile pod development via segmentation, test & control, and final audience builds.
- Perform data quality control on data feeds ingested into the DTC/P platform.
- Support measurement dashboards (reporting & visualization) and interpret performance indicators and engagement trends.
- Support ad hoc requests via data mining and insights for the Insights & Measurement Product Owner.
- Standardize and deliver digital products focused on consumer/patient analytics and AI; define and execute test cases.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (any); Master’s a plus.
- 5+ years in data analytics and/or digital media analytics.
- Descriptive/predictive analytics; BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Python/R data visualization libraries.
- Data accuracy/completeness/consistency; build trusted data foundations.
- High proficiency in SQL (data modeling for analysis/reporting).
- Segmentation testing, A/B testing, experimental design; KPI knowledge and data relationships.
- Functional knowledge of data consumption layers and consumption-ready datasets.

Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare data privacy & compliance knowledge.
- Media intelligence analytics experience.
- LiveRamp (or equivalent) Safe Haven/clean room audience build and measurement environment.
- Model-based audience creation, look-alike modeling, test/control, segmentation.
- Digital media performance measurement; Agile/DevOps.
