Responsibilities:
- Design, operationalize, and interpret DTC/P measurement & insights capabilities to ensure activation-ready insights for business use cases.
- Innovate cross-media intelligence measurement/reporting; ensure platform readiness for AI-mediated engagement across the customer journey.
- Assess impact of key digital DTC/P products and advance measurement/insights for ongoing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and define measurement/insight strategy for platform use cases.
- Activate use-case audiences to publisher platforms and support successful activation.
- Support agile pod use-case development (segmentation, test & control, final audience builds).
- Perform data quality control on data feeds ingested into the DTC/P platform.
- Support reporting & visualization by interpreting measurement dashboards and real-time performance indicators.
- Support ad hoc requests via data mining and insights.
- Standardize and deliver consumer/patient experience analytics with an AI focus; promote architectural consistency/usability and execute test cases.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโs degree (Masterโs a plus); 5+ years in data analytics and/or digital media analytics.
- Descriptive/predictive analytics; Tableau or Power BI; Python/R visualization libraries.
- Data accuracy/completeness/consistency; high-proficiency SQL with data modeling.
- Segmentation testing, A/B testing, experimental design; KPI knowledge and data relationships.
- Familiarity with data consumption layers and consumption-ready datasets.
Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical experience (privacy/compliance); media intelligence analytics.
- LiveRamp or equivalent safe haven/clean room collaboration and media activation/measurement.
- Model-based audience creation; look-alike modeling; test/control; segmentation.
- Agile/DevOps experience; data dictionary/taxonomy/naming conventions.
