Main Responsibilities
- Design, operationalize, and interpret DTC/P measurement & insights capabilities to support business Use Cases (activation-ready).
- Innovate cross-media intelligence measurement/reporting; ensure platform/asset “future fit” for AI-mediated engagement.
- Assess impact of key digital direct consumer/patient products and advance measurement/insights accordingly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and define measurement & insight strategy for platform use cases.
- Activate Use Case audiences on publisher platforms; ensure successful activation.
- Support agile pod development with segmentation, test & control, and final audience builds.
- Perform data quality control testing on ingested DTC/P data feeds.
- Support and interpret measurement dashboards for real-time KPIs and digital media engagement trends.
- Support ad hoc requests via data mining/data insights for the Insights & Measurement Product Owner.
- Standardize digital products focused on consumer/patient experience analytics and AI; promote usability standards; define/execute test cases.
- Define KPIs, reporting insights, and dashboard designs with stakeholders and systems integrator; create measurement reporting processes and recommend optimizations.

Basic Qualifications / Required Skills
- Bachelor’s (any domain); Master’s a plus.
- 5+ years in data analytics and/or digital media analytics.
- Descriptive & predictive analytics; BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Python or R visualization libraries; data accuracy/completeness/consistency.
- High proficiency in SQL; ability to build data models.
- Segmentation testing, A/B testing, experimental design; KPI/metrics and data relationships.
- Knowledge of data consumption layers and consumption-ready datasets.

Preferred
- Pharmaceutical healthcare privacy/compliance knowledge.
- Media intelligence analytics experience.
- LiveRamp (or equivalent) Safe Haven/clean room workflows.
- Model-based audience creation (look-alike), test/control, segmentation; digital media performance measurement.
- Agile/DevOps experience; data dictionary/taxonomy/naming conventions.
