Drug Product Manufacturing Manager

Role: Oversee relationships, contracts, and operations of commercial drug product contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) within Neurocrine Biosciences' supply chain. Responsibilities include managing CMO performance, ensuring timely manufacturing, quality control, inventory management, risk mitigation, and compliance with cGMP standards. Lead technical reviews, support vendor negotiations, and foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as Quality and Regulatory. Requirements: BS/BA in Engineering, Science, or related field with 6+ years (or Master's with 4+ years) of experience in pharmaceutical CMC manufacturing, process development, or packaging, preferably with solid oral dosage forms and experience with marketed products. Deep knowledge of drug product CMC, validation, tech transfer, and regulatory compliance. Skills in project planning, risk management, and contract negotiation. Preferred: experience with small and large molecule manufacturing, lean/Six Sigma, and cGMP environments.
