Role Summary

DePuy Synthes DPS Business Unit Integration Co-Op in Raritan, NJ. The Co-Op supports the Medical Devices - Orthopaedics Franchise within the Orthopaedics Business Unit Integration team, focusing on Operations Strategy Development, Value (P&L) Identification, and end-to-end supply chain connectivity improvements (e.g., New Product Launch, S&OP, LRFP). The term is June to August 2026, full-time (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Support the Medical Devices - Orthopaedics Franchise on various initiatives and projects, with a solid understanding of Supply Chain functions and their impact to customers and across the Supply Chain Pillars.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Operations, Deliver Operations, and cross-functional teams across the E2E Supply Chain, Product Management, and Value Stream teams to drive operations improvements.
  • Maintain/refresh the New Product Launch Dashboard within PowerBI and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain PowerApps (Deliver Strategy Hub, etc.), create dashboards, and deliver additional focused projects in the future.
  • Handle ad-hoc Deliver improvement requests from supply chain partners.

Qualifications

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, reflective of all college coursework.
  • Experience at other firms within a Supply Chain function.

  • PowerApps, PowerBI and/or coding experience and/or knowledge.
