Role: Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing donors, equipment, and monitors for the pheresis process, ensuring safety and compliance. Responsibilities: set up and disassemble pheresis machines, oversee donor during procedures, monitor for reactions, record incidents and donor data using PDA and electronic systems, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure supplies are available. Must alert supervisors to process issues and follow safety protocols. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, at least three months of experience, preferably in healthcare, with basic math skills. Preferred skills include bilingual ability and experience in a medical or health provider setting. High-Value: involvement in plasma donation procedures, adherence to HSE and OSHA policies, data management, and potentially cross-training in related areas. Work setup: typically on-site with an hourly pay range of $18.98–$20.39, depending on experience and qualifications.
