District Sales Manager Cardiovascular - Miami

Role: District Sales Manager responsible for promoting Amgen's therapies in oncology, inflammation, general medicine, and rare diseases across Miami, West Palm Beach, Florida Keys, and Ft. Lauderdale. Objectives: drive product awareness, support clinical integration, and achieve sales targets through team leadership. Responsibilities: lead and develop district sales teams, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and other units, track marketing effectiveness, manage budgets and resources, build relationships with Opinion Leaders, and ensure compliance with training standards. Requirements: Doctorate with 2+ years or equivalent combination of education and sales/marketing experience; 2+ years of managerial experience leading teams or projects. Preferred: 3+ years in specialty biologics sales, with knowledge of market dynamics, payor coverage, and clinical data communication skills. High-Value: focus on biologics within oncology, inflammation, or rare diseases; experience in specialty or biologics sales; leadership in a regulated GxP environment.
