Key responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales and marketing direction within the district.
- Develop and maintain solid customer relationships; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges early; create plans to address gaps; work with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to terminations.
- Analyze team and territory performance using sales figures and territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach/counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development; ensure accountability.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Company policies and procedures; maintain high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; support an open communication environment; share best practices; serve as liaison with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing, development-focused, accountable team environment; drive immediate results with strategic perspective.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade and follow Regional Director direction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (equivalent combination considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Travel 60–70% (overnight included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Authorization/ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental.
- English proficiency (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Preferred qualifications:
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000–$222,000.
