Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet or exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute district sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key executives/decision-makers; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage; update contract information.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance gaps and create plans to address them; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to terminations.
- Analyze team performance, sales figures, and territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach, counsel, and develop direct reports; ensure accountability.
- Conduct business in compliance with Company policies; demonstrate high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; foster open communication; share best practices; serve as liaison with home office/district to resolve issues.
- Apply organizational change management tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing environment focused on professional development, accountability, and results.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; ensure direction is cascaded to sales teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Ability to travel 60–70% (overnight travel included).
- Must reside in district geography; valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Authorization/ability to drive a Company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000 - $222,000.
