Key Responsibilities:
- Lead New Orleans district (Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana) and develop/enhance/increase district sales performance to meet annual sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction and district sales strategy through the team.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers; respond timely to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges early and create plans to address gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team/sales/territory performance; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain talent; coach and counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies/procedures and uphold high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share best practices; act as liaison with home office/district to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing environment focused on development, accountability, long-term strategy, and immediate results.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade direction from Regional Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (combination of education/experience considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare District Manager experience and/or medical devices or other healthcare product sales experience (preferred).
- Travel 60–70% (overnight included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; authorization/ability to drive company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000–$222,000 (exact compensation varies by skills/experience/location).
