Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales and marketing direction within the geographic area.
- Develop and maintain solid customer relationships; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage/purchasing patterns; update contract information.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges early and create plans to address gaps; work with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team and sales performance using territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, adherence to strategy, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach direct reports to maximize performance and professional development; ensure accountability.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Company policies and procedures; maintain high ethical and professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; support best-practice sharing; liaise with home office/district to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing team environment focused on professional development and accountability; drive immediate results with long-term strategic view.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade and follow Regional Director guidance.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Ability to travel 60–70% (overnight included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; ability to drive Company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000–$222,000 (exact compensation varies by skills, experience, and location).
