Primary Responsibilities
- Provide in-role coaching to Rheumatology Therapeutic Area Specialists (TASs) aligned to learning objectives (scientific agility, customer/commercial mindset, change agility, collaboration, enterprise mindset).
- Conduct ride-alongs with TASs for high-priority HCPs aligned to individualized coaching plans.
- Own TAS development journey; continuously improve skills/behaviors (scientific/clinical acumen, patient-centric mindset, digital/analytical agility, customer experience/execution excellence) and drive sustainable performance via continuous feedback.
- Role-model adoption of enterprise capabilities/tools (AI analytics, content personalization, digital engagement); coach compliant use of AI/tool insights to improve call planning/prep and account prioritization/execution.
- Lead district-level strategic planning and execution: promotional program planning, budget planning/resource allocation, execution reviews/continuous improvement; improve customer experience across the patient care journey.
- Lead financial and program planning for the district with disciplined execution, effectiveness, and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) + 5+ years pharmaceutical/related healthcare industry experience.
- Strongly preferred: District Business Manager experience in pharmaceutical sales or equivalent experience leading/developing high-performing teams.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical marketplace (reimbursement, access, distribution).
- Track record inspiring/coaching/leading teams; selecting/developing/retaining talent.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving, selling/influence, business acumen; working knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain.

- Vehicle operation required; offer contingent on “Qualified Driver” requirements.

Compensation & Benefits (summary)
- Field (US): $158,610–$192,198; additional incentive opportunities may be available.
