The District Business Manager (DBM) leads, coaches, and motivates a team of 6-10 Therapeutic Area Specialists (TASs) to drive the adoption of Bristol Myers Squibb's Cardiovascular portfolio. The DBM coaches TASs on selling skills, scientific engagement, and digital capabilities, ensuring continuous improvement. They play a key role in business and account planning, championing digital tools. The DBM is aligned to accounts, covers the Cardiovascular portfolio, reports to the Regional Business Director, and collaborates across Commercial, Medical, and Access organizations.
